Pembacaan Alkitab: Kisah Para Rasul 13
Melalui pelayanan Paulus dan Barnabas, kita dapat melihat bahwa mereka mulai mengabarkan Injil keselamatan kepada bangsa-bangsa yang bukan Yahudi dan Tuhan mengutus mereka untuk menyebarkan Injil keselamatan itu ke seluruh bangsa dan sampai ke ujung bumi. Oleh karena inilah kita dapat mendengar, percaya dan menerima keselamatan itu. Oleh karena Paulus dan Barnabas yang taat kepada Firman Tuhan untuk menginjil dan yang tidak takut atau tidak malu untuk memberitakan Injil. Dan Injil itu perlu untuk terus diberitakan sampai seluruh umat manusia mengenal siapa itu Tuhan Yesus Kristus.
Bagaimana dengan ketaatan kita dalam mengikuti Firman Tuhan untuk menginjil? Bayangkan bila Paulus dan Barnabas tidak taat kepada Tuhan dan tidak mau menginjil, bukankah sekarang ini kita tidak akan mengenal Tuhan Yesus Kristus dan tidak akan menerima keselamatan itu? Sama juga dengan kita, bila kita tidak mau mengikuti Firman Tuhan untuk menginjil, bagaimana dengan mereka yang Tuhan taruh di sekitar kita yang belum pernah mendengar tentang Yesus atau belum pernah tahu akan keselamatan yang ada di dalam Yesus? Bukankah mereka jadi tidak mendapat kesempatan untuk menerima keselamatan itu, karena kita tidak taat? Oleh karena itu, marilah kita dorong diri kita dan keluar dari kenyamanan kita untuk mengikuti Firman Tuhan dan membagikan Injil keselamatan kepada orang-orang yang ada di sekitar kita.

Bible Reading: Acts 13
Through the ministry of Paul and Barnabas, we can see that they start to spread the Gospel of salvation to other nations who are not the Jews and the Lord sent them to spread the Gospel of salvation to all nations and to the ends of the earth. Because of this, we can now hear, believe and receive that salvation. Because of Paul and Barnabas who were obedient to the Word of God to evangelise and who was not afraid or ashamed to share the Gospel. And the Gospel needs to be keep on being share until all mankind know who the Lord Jesus Christ is.
What about our obedient in following the Word of God to share the Gospel? Imagine if Paul adn Barnabas did not obey the Lord and do not want to share the Gospel, we would not be able to know the Lord Jesus Christ and would not receive that salvation. The same thing with us, if we do not want to follow the Word of God to share the Gospel, what about them whom the Lord has put around us who has not heard about Jesus or have not known the salvation in Jesus? WOuldn't that means that they do not get a chance to receive that salvation, because we did not obey? Therefore, let us push ourselves and get out of our comfort zone to follow the Word of God and share the Gospel of salvation to those around us.

Sama juga dengan kita, bila kita tidak mau mengikuti Firman Tuhan untuk menginjil, bagaimana dengan mereka yang Tuhan taruh di sekitar kita yang belum pernah mendengar tentang Yesus atau belum pernah tahu akan keselamatan yang ada di dalam Yesus? Bukankah mereka jadi tidak mendapat kesempatan untuk menerima keselamatan itu, karena kita tidak taat? Oleh karena itu, marilah kita dorong diri kita dan keluar dari kenyamanan kita untuk mengikuti Firman Tuhan dan membagikan Injil keselamatan kepada orang-orang yang ada di sekitar kita.
